One year terms
Unlimited exclusive international advertising and promotional rights and usage in any and all media for entire body of works, effective date of first use. Artist retains self-promotion rights forever, as does the agency. Client reserves first option of reuse upon expiration of current rights.
Two year terms
Unlimited exclusive regional advertising and promotional rights and usage in any and all media for entire body of works, effective date of first use. Artist retains self-promotion rights forever, as does the agency. Client reserves first option of reuse upon expiration of current rights. Image will be digitally enhanced in post-production.
Unlimited terms
Exclusive global advertising and promotional rights and usage in any and all print for an unlimited time. Includes entire body of works. All images, including outtakes, may not be sold as stock until all usage expires. Client reserves first option of reuse upon expiration of current rights. Artist retains self-promotion rights forever, as does the agency. Complete and total purchase of rights, usage and copyright. Artist retains self-promotion rights.
Note: the following terms of time are in application to photo licensing for commercial use.
Photo rights retained on all photos taken:
Low-quality watermarked photos received by guests at any photo event being photographed by May The Photo Be With You at the request of the event’s host, which are furnished upon the guest based on their patience and willingness to cooperate with the photographers possible technical limitations and unforeseen equipment malfunctions that may cause photo delivery delays during said event of low-quality, watermarked, digital images, which may result for a guest, through an act of indecision or omission on their part, to have missed the window of opportunity to receive one or many watermarked, low-quality, digital photos via email; the only transaction stated to be performed without fee and only during the active event hours. All future access to high-quality, event-branded images are at the sole discretion of the photo studio management in possession of said image archives.
NOTE: A contract of the above services is produced to be signed by both parties before rights are assigned to ensure responsibilities and expectations involved with each shoot.
